REA has invested in a new CNC machine, the INDEX G200.2, which has now been installed and is currently being commissioned in production.
The investment is part of our ongoing development of the machine park and is aimed at increasing capacity, improving stability, and enhancing flexibility in the production of complex turned and milled components.
The INDEX G200.2 is an advanced CNC turning center equipped with a main and counter spindle, three turrets, a milling spindle, as well as Y- and B-axis capabilities. This enables multiple processes to be carried out within the same setup, ensuring higher efficiency and precision – especially in the production of complex components with tight tolerances.
With this new machine, REA strengthens its position as a supplier of precision machining and CNC manufacturing for the industry.
